Open Session . . . THANKFUL WREATHS . . .
Come in to make a holiday wreath displaying the things you are most grateful for. Grades K-2 may attend with a guardian and 3-12 may be dropped off. Masks required. • All Supplies Included! • There is a 2 student minimum and 10 person maximum per Open Session. Session is subject to cancellation if the minimum reservations are not met. FINNISH HIMMELI . . .
Students grades 3-6 can join Maray Erickson from the comfort of their own home to learn how to construct a basic Himmeli shape and create a small mobile too.
What is Himmeli? Learn about the traditional craft of Himmeli making brought to the Iron Range by Finnish immigrants. Class size limit: 5 students. Supply Kits available to pick-up from the Lyric Center Friday, November 20th. Zoom link will be sent once registration is complete. *Photo not finished result.

SNOW PAINTING . . . and more . . .
Join the Lyric Youth Arts Program for a day of post-holiday events in collaboration with the Virginia Farmers Market and Virginia Parks and Recreation. There will be a farmers market inside and outside we will have “Snow Painting” with colored water spray bottles and activities including turkey bowling, rutabaga bowling for kids and fire pits with s’mores. The Lyric Youth Council will help create the planning for the Youth Arts Program and carry out it’s missions and goals within the community. We will have monthly meetings to be determined by all availabilities.
Unless otherwise noted all sessions are: • 3-5 PM • Lyric First Stage Gallery • 510 Chestnut Street.
There will be a minimum of 2 students per session. If the class is full, there will be a waitlist. Masks will be required and social distancing rules are mandatory. Open sessions will be capped at 10 students to comply with COVID-19 restrictions.
